Booking procedures
- Free questions and discovery calls must be submitted through our website forms.
- Paid sessions are scheduled after initial consultation.
- Confirmation emails will be sent within 48 hours from tentative appointment setting time.
- Technical requirements can be provided for remote sessions.
Payment terms
- Payment is due at time of booking for scheduled sessions.
- We accept payment via Stripe, so acceptable payment methods align with what Stripe supports, including credit and debit cards, digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, and bank transfers.
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
- Currency is U.S. Dollars (USD).
Rescheduling policy
- Rescheduling may incur a fee.
- Emergency situations considered case-by-case.
Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation with 48+ hours' notice.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit 50% of session fee
- No-shows forfeit 100% of session fee.
- Free initial consultations can be cancelled anytime.
Late arrival policy
- Sessions start at scheduled time regardless of arrival time.
- Late arrivals will receive remaining session time without fee adjustment.
Refund policy
- Refunds considered for technical issues preventing service delivery.
- Dissatisfaction with psychic content is not grounds for refund (entertainment service).
- Hypnotherapy refunds evaluated case-by-case within 7 days of service delivery.
- Processing fees are always non-refundable.
Technical requirements
For remote sessions, clients must ensure stable Internet, working camera/microphone, and private space.
