Booking & payment policies

Booking procedures

  • Free questions and discovery calls must be submitted through our website forms.
  • Paid sessions are scheduled after initial consultation.
  • Confirmation emails will be sent within 48 hours from tentative appointment setting time.
  • Technical requirements can be provided for remote sessions.

Payment terms

  • Payment is due at time of booking for scheduled sessions.
  • We accept payment via Stripe, so acceptable payment methods align with what Stripe supports, including credit and debit cards, digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, and bank transfers.
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
  • Currency is U.S. Dollars (USD).

Rescheduling policy

  • Rescheduling may incur a fee.
  • Emergency situations considered case-by-case.

Cancellation policy

  • Free cancellation with 48+ hours' notice.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit 50% of session fee
  • No-shows forfeit 100% of session fee.
  • Free initial consultations can be cancelled anytime.

Late arrival policy

  • Sessions start at scheduled time regardless of arrival time.
  • Late arrivals will receive remaining session time without fee adjustment.

Refund policy

  • Refunds considered for technical issues preventing service delivery.
  • Dissatisfaction with psychic content is not grounds for refund (entertainment service).
  • Hypnotherapy refunds evaluated case-by-case within 7 days of service delivery.
  • Processing fees are always non-refundable.

Technical requirements

For remote sessions, clients must ensure stable Internet, working camera/microphone, and private space.
